We surely know Wentworth Earl Miller because of his role as Michael Scofield on the Fox network's serial drama Prison Break.

He was born 2 June 1972 in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, England and when he was one, his family moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York, where he attended the high school.

He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree in English Literature.

Following graduation, in 1995, he went to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and his find a part in the ABC's mini-series Dinotopia.

In 2005, Miller was cast as Michael Scofield in Fox Network's television drama Prison Break. He plays the role of a caring brother who created an elaborate scheme to help his brother escape death row after being found guilty of a crime he did not commit. His performance in the show earned him a 2005 Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actor in a Dramatic Series. He is still acting in the 4th and final series of this.

He later appeared also in Mariah Carey's music videos "It's Like That" and "We Belong Together", which gave him a global visibility.

His personal life is very private and he doesn't like at all to appear on gossip magazines.
